The Metaphysical Healing Precept of
Love

I know you know I love you

What I want you to know is

I know you love me

Healing is a function of love.

Our Original Intent is Love.

Service is, ultimately, the demonstration of Love.

Our Original Purpose is to Serve.

Energy follows thought. Whatever we give out, we get back.

Our beliefs are the context in which our thoughts exist.

What we believe about Love determines the kind of Love we experience in our lives, the world, and with which we serve each other.

The Love we give out is the Love we get back.

If we give out tainted love - then tainted love, we shall get back.

Get it?

Remember the descriptions of Contitional Love given in the Precept of Attention?

"I really love it when you (you fill-in the blank) ...

"I hate it, when you (you fill-in the blank) ...

"I love that car! ... new dress! ... house! (etc.)

The Love we give out is the Love we get back.

If we give out tainted love - then tainted love, we shall get back.

Healing is a function of Love.

Whatever we give out, we get back.

Energy follows thought.

Conditional Love creates conditional Healing.

Unconditional Love creates unconditional Healing.

Get it?

Unconditional Healing manifests as total, complete, and permanent remission of a dis-ease.

By releasing those long-believed lies about no-Value and un-Worthiness-of-Love, we create a context within ourselves to re-discover who we really are, and to learn to again love ourselves, exactly as we are.

Unconditional Love is being willing to have the one you love be as they are, when they are as they are - and not be as they aren’t, when they’re not.

I’ll say it again: Unconditional Love is being willing to have the one you love be as they are, when they are as they are - and not be as they aren’t, when they’re not.

Unconditional Love includes every Living Being.

You are a Living Being.

Unconditional Love includes you.

Include Unconditionally Loving yourself now ...

Please read the following instructions,
the go do them before continuing ...

Stand or sit in front of the largest mirror you have - so you can see as much of yourself as possible.

Look directly into your own eyes.

(to focus on your own eyes, actually look at the bridge of your nose, on the same level as your eyes)

- now say the following statement aloud, slowly and meaningfully -

(the name-of-endearment you were called as a small child),
You are Valuable.
You are Worthy of Love.

I am Valuable.
I am Worthy of Love.

I am Unconditionally Valuable.
I am Unconditionally Worthy of Love.

- then say the following statement 3 times -

(the name-of-endearment you were called as a small child),
I love you ...
I love myself ...
I love me ...

Complete the entire process, no matter what your thoughts tell you, or your body does, to attempt to stop you.

Consciously repeat this mirror Affirmation of Unconditional Love as frequently as possible, and you will discover that the statements you're making to yourself
about yourself are coming into manifestation.

- About Forgiveness -

The most significant factor of Love is Forgiveness.

To Love Unconditionally, we must be willing to Forgive Any Living Thing who committed any perceived wrongs against us.

Otherwise our love remains partial and conditional.

"Any Living Thing" includes you.

We must be willing to forgive any perceived wrongs committed by ourselves, as well as by others. Otherwise our love remains partial and conditional.

Forgiveness doesn’t mean we must condone perceived wrongs. It means letting go of our judgment about the "Doer" of the perceived wrongs.

Energy follows thought. Whatever we give out, we get back.

Being willing to Be, Do, or Have something is the first Act of Intent.

Our simple willingness to Forgive will actually manifest as Forgiveness.

In addition to the Unconditional Love process described above, take some time to also demonstrate your willingness to Forgive ...

Write a letter to someone who you feel really hurt you.

Describe their actions, and your reactions.

Avoid any judgment about the person or what they did, and also about yourself ... just describe the memory as you remember it.

Avoid any "logical reasons" about the event ... just describe the memory as you remember it.

Then write the following statement, three times...

(the person's name), I forgive you, I love you, and I release you.

Read the letter, meaningfully, aloud two times. Then read it silently once.

Then burn the letter, Releasing it all into the fire.

Energy following thought. Whatever we give out, we get back.

Such a manifest-demonstration of Forgiveness can help release you from the burden of limited, conditional judgment into the wondrous experience of Unconditional Love.

Please repeat this letter-writing process with every person who has hurt you ... including yourself ...

... because despite all those lie-lessons you learned about your non-Value and un-Worthiness-of-Love - you do deserve Forgiveness, as well as Love.
